Applications for associates and tenants can be filled out and completed in the clubhouse office. 

Signatures not witnessed in the clubhouse office will need to be notarized. 

Please refer to the By-Laws for guidance, this is on the Willow Valley Club Association website.


Associate(s):

 Adult children are required to submit copies of their birth certificate and driver’s license. If an adult child is married and chooses to include their spouse as an associate, they must also provide copies of their marriage certificate and driver’s license.   


Shared Resident:

 Individuals not listed on the property deed are required to present a driver's license showing the same address as that on the owner's driver's license. 


Married Spouse:

 A spouse who is not listed on the property deed is required to present a copy of the marriage license in order to obtain amenity access equivalent to that of the owner. 


Biological Parent(s):  

Property owners' parents are required to submit both the child's birth certificate and a driver's license as documentation.  


Tenant(s):

 The property must be registered as a rental property with the Mohave County Assessor. A one-year lease agreement is required, and tenant(s) must have a driver’s license showing the address of the rental property. The owner and tenant(s) are not permitted to co-occupy the residence.
