MARINA & PRIVATE BEACH HOURS

General Information:

Boat Dock Slip Rental:

You must fill out a Boat Slip Rental Agreement & Rules Form each time you rent a boat slip. You can download this form from Members Forms dropdown under MORE at the top of the page. You will keep one copy with you while renting the slip and deposit the 2nd copy of the form into the box at the bottom of the stairs/ramp to the right of slip 1 sign, that says SLIP RENTAL DROP OFF BOX. This is the information the marina staff needs to reserve your slip.

Check in time is 12pm. Check out time is 11 am. All fees must be paid prior to renting a boat slip. If you haven't signed a Boat Slip Rental Agreement & Rules form, please come the office to complete one.

Guest Launch:

Effective July 18th, 2020

All guest launches must be purchased through the clubhouse during normal business hours.

No cash will be excepted. Guest launches will be limited to one guest launch per membership per day. WVCA only gives a maximum of 20 Guest Launches per day.

Member must be in good standing, and the guest must show a valid driver's license & a current registration in their name matching the driver's license for the vessel they plan to launch. The member must be with the guest when launching and loading the vessel in the marina.

Guest launches cannot be sold at the marina. Please plan ahead. No exceptions!

2025 NOTICES

AT THE MARINA GATE ENTRANCE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW YOUR GATE CARD WITH A PHOTO ID. YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT STICKERS FOR ALL VEHICLES & VESSELS. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE GATE AS PROOF OF ID. PLAN AHEAD. PLEASE BRING YOUR GATE CARDS FOR VERIFICATION WHEN PAYING YOUR DUES OR GETTING STICKERS FOR BOATS AND VEHICLES

PLEASE OBSERVE THE SIGNS, FOLLOW THE RULES AND DRIVE SAFELY.

PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR GATE CARD WITH ANYONE. IT WILL BE CONFISCATED. YOU WILL THEN HAVE TO APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD TO DISCUSS THE MATTER AND PAY A PENALTY.

WE HAVE APPROXIMATELY 1800 MEMBERS AND A VERY SMALL MARINA AND BEACH TO SHARE. THE ASSOCIATION RULES ARE IN PLACE FOR A REASON AND FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS.

GENERAL REMINDERS

Airbnb Rental

It has been brought to the attention of the board that the owners of Airbnb rentals are telling their renters they have access to the boat launch & private beach. This is not true. Short term renters are not eligible for associate membership and the homeowner cannot allow the use of their gate cards for the renters to enter the marina.

Attention:

Members that rent their homes short term, PLEASE BE ADVISED, YOU ARE PROHIBITED TO ALLOW THE USE OF YOUR GATE CARD TO GAIN ENTRY INTO OUR MARINA OR BEACH. Member must be with guest for use of these privileges. Failure to abide by these rules could result in your privileges being suspended. Thank you for understanding and cooperation as we are try to keep our Marina and Beach clean and private.

Boat Dock Slip Rental:

Must be reserved at the clubhouse office located at 549 Gordon Dr. Mohave Valley, AZ 86440. You may also reserve a slip by calling the office at 928-768-6555. You must pay for the slip when making the reservation. You must also pick up the boat slip rental receipts to confirm with the caretakers the slip has been rented to you.

Gate Card:

You are allowed 2 gate cards per membership. All gate cards issued from 1/1/2015 to present are PERMANENT CARDS. DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY. There is a fee to replace lost, stolen or damaged gate cards. Please return all cards to be replaced to the office so they may be deactivated.
