Willow Valley Club Association distributed 1384 ballots to those members in good standings. The association received 220 ballots, 9 of which the Board of Governors had to exclude due to not following the instructions.
The results are as follows:

- Secretary (1 yr term) Lisa Eilar - 191
- Treasurer (1 yr term) Carla Awtry - 202
- Director at Large (2 yr term) - Ted Martin - 182
- Director at Large (2 yr term) - Pat Kerr - 49
- Director at Large (2 yr term) - Ron Mick - 6
Seven (7) other members were write ins however they were not running and only had one (1) vote each.
The results have been counted and verified by the Board of Governors. The votes have not been certified by the Board of Governors as this will be addressed at their April 2026 meeting.
